Plan, design and integration with new sites and new systems
Prepare or direct IT policy and plan strategy development
Direct activities to select and install major IT facilities

Control the security aspects of IT systems
Manage all software and hardware licensing and maintenance contracts
Analyse the information needs of an organisation and develop technological solutions to satisfy

Provide back up and recovery services during ardware/software failures
Provide support desk services for repairs, moves, and installation
•Oversee the provision of training for users and clients
Work out priorities for systems developments, maintenance and operations
Provide advice to other senior managers and boards on IT issues and planning

SUMMARY
IT System administrator is responsible for all IT technical support / problems, Mail Server, Domain Controller (Active Directory), Networking and troubleshooting
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining, supporting and monitoring the following basic activities
Domain Controller / Active Directory (Maintain / define users, security, roles, permission)
Mail Server
Fixing and troubleshooting computer related problems (antivirus, firewall, connection, internet, formatting, PC assembly)
Network cabling (switches, routers, hubs,..)
Defining Equipment specification prior to purchasing
Software installation (Windows, Microsoft Office,..)
Backup data
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
SQL database Administrator (Installing, maintenance plan,..)

Teamwork ability
Problem solving
Being able to work under pressure
Minimum 3 years of IT experience in a reputable company
Minimum BA or equivalent

Bi-lingual

Good writing skills (mainly English writing skills)
Analysis skills will be good advantage
