Job Description:	Establish the Preventive Maintenance program and schedule of the project Assure the execution of the assigned project according to contract Assure the proper technical performance of the team Watch over the team behavior with Clients and with other teams Ensure that all technicians comply with the company’s regulations Watch over the maintenance of the handed resources (Cars, equipments, tools) Respond to the maintenance requests issued by the client Execute special projects requested by the client Perform monitoring control sessions on Operations teams according to the planning Update the Operations Manager on all changes or incidents on site or with the client Establish the invoice summary and submits it to the Assistant Operations Manager Manage the administrative paperwork of the team (Attendance, leaves, Overtime hours, car mileage) Perform evaluation of the team and of other Project Engineers on a 6 month basis Establish the Project Manual and collects all project information Establish the maintenance reports and written correspondence for the client Trigger and induce corrective and preventive actions for continual improvement Apply the company’s quality procedures and helps in updating them Continually update the Operations Manager regarding the projects, the clients and the Operations employees Take the necessary steps to meet the yearly objectives (preset in coordination with OM and AOM) Keep the client posted about pending tasks

Required Profile:	Male BE in Mechanical Engineering 3 to 5 years experience
