As an active member of the management team the after sales manager will be required to,
Run an efficient operation
Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Motivate and train all after sales staff
Ensure efficient staff performance
Develop and improve processes and systems
Ssses and ensure proper workshop equipments, and usage
Coordinate with spare parts department
Coordinate with suppliers service team and online support
Overall objective will be to increase turnover and profits

| Required Profile: |
Male
B.E in mechanical engineering preferably, others are accpetable
Minimum 6 years of experience in cars' after sales
Record in the management of a Service Department
|

| Salary & other Benefits: |
4000 - 5000 $ housing + car + bonus + tickets/year ++
